Upstairs, the bedrooms feature luxurious bathrooms – the main bedroom offers two, along with a private terrace complete with an al fresco fireplace.

Living Room: a substantial raw concrete fireplace with a wood stack divides the living room into two distinct areas. Retractable floor-to-ceiling windows, equipped with automated black steel sun shades, offer breathtaking views and bathe the space in Pacific light.

Hand-selected vintage pieces include 1950s Poul Jensen Z chairs, a 19th-century French primitive coffee table with a granite top from LA's famed Galerie Half, and tan leather De Padova sofas adorned with African vintage fabric cushions. Unique Afghan rugs add a cosy contrast to the linear fireplace.

The second living area features a custom-made Liaigre-style sofa, a sleek fibreglass coffee table, and a rustic 19th-century Chinese work table.

A striking multi-layered abstract canvas by LA-based Nevena Prijic, exploring the evolution of the human body, adds an artistic touch to the space.

Kitchen and Dining Area: the stylish kitchen showcases a sleek concrete countertop and backsplash, black wooden units, and an industrial-style concrete cabinet on a metal rail. It is outfitted with premium Gaggenau appliances, a Boffi faucet, and vintage 1960s Pierre Jeanneret bar stools.

A 10-person dining table, crafted from a beautifully grained wood slab, sits beneath elegant hanging baton lights.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Each of the five bedrooms features an en suite bathroom and a king-size bed.

The master bedroom boasts two bathrooms, one with a freestanding eggshell bathtub and expansive ocean views, along with a dressing room and a private decked terrace featuring a concrete fireplace.

Art and artefacts include two Milanese De Padova chairs overlooking the Pacific. A striking Californian landscape, created by San Francisco-based architect Koak, showcases intense colours over charcoal sketches made from California’s wildfires.

One guest room offers breathtaking sea views, a vintage curved Vladimir Kagan sofa, and a terrace with sunbeds. Two additional first-floor guest rooms face the Pacific Coast Highway, and there is a ground-floor bedroom suitable for guests or staff.
