Dining Hall: with dining table and chairs for 12 guests and a working open fire

Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with 2 electric ovens, electric hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, wine fridge, warming drawers, dishwasher, toaster, blender and large central island, sofa and a round dining table with 4 chairs and doors leading out onto the terrace

Utility Room: with 2 washing machines and a tumble dryer

Lower Ground Floor

Pool Hall: with a heated swimming pool (5m x 10m), bar area with stools, mood lighting and sound system, massage room, sauna, steam room, two changing rooms, a shower room and doors leading out onto the terrace
