Beautifully manicured grounds extending to just under 2 acres with a private gated drive, several seating areas on the terrace in front of the main house, by the grass tennis court and on the terrace in front of the annexe, a grass tennis court available from  11th April - 31st October 2025 with an umpire chair, a trampoline, a croquet lawn, an outdoor heated swimming pool available from 9.30am to 6.30pm from 11th April - 23rd May 2025 and 19th September to 31st October 2025 and then open 24 hrs from 23rd May - 19th September 2025, and 3 large round sun beds with room for 3 people on each, an outdoor sofa with 2 day-beds a hot tub with bluetooth sound system and party lights, a combined sauna/steam room with changing facilities including WC and shower. The grounds also have a vegetable garden where guests can help themselves to seasonal produce and a wild flower meadow with meandering paths
