Location - Cotswold Estate lies in Temple Guiting, in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds and to the north east of both Cheltenham and Gloucester. There are train links from London Paddington to Moreton-in-Marsh, which takes just under 2 hours, followed by a short 20-minute drive from Moreton-in-Marsh station to the Cotswold Manor. Guests can also travel from Birmingham to Cheltenham Spa station. The journey time is approximately 40 minutes and Cotswold Manor is about a further 30 minutes away by car.

Dining hall: a large mahogany dining table that can seat up to twelve diners and which is overlooked by a beautiful chandelier, oak wood beams, arched stone windows and warm exposed stone walls
Drawing room: a relaxing and majestic space that is furnished with two luxurious velvet George Smith sofas, two upholstered reading chairs and a coffee table. Again there is also oak wood beams and arched stone windows, but the focal point is the stunning Cotswold stone open fireplace
Lounge: this inviting and comfortable room has been carefully furnished and decorated with a velvet George Smith sofa, two large leather armchairs, a coffee table and an inglenook fireplace with wood burner. There is also a direct spiral staircase that leads to bedroom three
Snug room: a chill-out area with comfortable sofas, a plasma television, a DVD player and a vast selection of DVDs to choose from
Banqueting/games room: this is an impressive room with an elegant arched ceiling and curved oak beams which have been decorated with medieval flags. The large dining table seats between 16 and 20 people and cleverly doubles up as a full sized snooker/billiards table
Kitchen: fully fitted with modern units, the kitchen has all you need to organise an successful dining experience, including granite work tops, extra large oven, warming oven, five ring gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and small kitchen table
Cloak room: also contains a washbasin and W.C.

Bedroom 1: the Master bedroom with a super king sized bed (which can be made into a twin), timber floors, arched stone windows, oak beams and an en-suite bathroom with bath and W.C

Snug Bedroom: 2 built in single beds, perfect for children leading into bedroom 5
Bathroom: this is shared between bedrooms four, five and the snug bedroom and comprises of a walk in shower, bathtub, washbasin and W.C.
Please note due to the steep staircase installed to reach this floor, these guest rooms are not suitable for less agile guests or the elderly.

2 Cottages which both have 1 bedroom and walk in shower, open plan kitchen/dining/living areas and grounds. 1 cottage also has a double sofa-bed
Grounds
Cotswold Estate offers professionally landscaped gardens, outdoor heated swimming pool measuring 12m x 5m (available from 1st April through to 31st October) tennis court, hot tub and a beautiful courtyard area with table and chairs. There is a private lake with views of the stunning Cotswold scenery. Guests can find plenty of parking at the front of the property.
Weddings
With exquisite Cotswold stone buildings, gorgeous interiors and stunning award-winning gardens the Cotswold Estate is the perfect venue for an intimate wedding celebration.
There are two potential locations which can be used for the civil ceremony depending on the time of year. In the warmer months the civil ceremony can be held in the Peacock Garden under the rustic Peacock Shed with seating for 36 guests. In the cooler months the Barn Lounge can be used for the civil ceremony or alternatively outdoor heaters can be arranged under the Peacock Shed.
Prices start from £16,000 for a 2 night weekend and from £21,000 for a 3 night weekend stay and includes the ceremony in the Peacock Garden, a welcome hamper and champagne, an Event Manager on the day of the ceremony and tableware, glassware, white linen and seating.
The banqueting hall can seat up to 32 people in total.
History
The Manor house has been a privately owned house since the 15th century and is believed to date back to the 14th century, it is also mentioned in the Domesday book and may well have been associated with the Knights Templars themselves.
