Entrance hall: there are two elegantly spacious entrance halls, offering ample room to warmly welcome and receive guests.

Sitting room: there are two exquisite sitting rooms offering breath-taking views of the enchanting courtyard and splendid gardens.

Kitchen: the adjoining Orangery and kitchen serve as the heart of this home, providing a charming breakfast bar and a spacious dining area. The kitchen features a meticulously crafted, bespoke shaker design, boasting a central island and Star Galaxy granite work-surfaces. It is equipped with a range cooker, electric hob, full-size American fridge freezer, two integral dishwashers, double butler sink, instant hot water tap, integral steam cooker, and a warming drawer. The kitchen's ambiance is enhanced by solid oak floors, Victorian leaded light windows, a multi-fuel stove, and provisions for TV and internet connectivity. Designed for hosting, there is a large dining table that comfortably accommodates 26 people. The solid timber Orangery, skillfully handmade, is fully double glazed and faces south, offering breathtaking views of the terrace and gardens. With two sets of French doors leading to the outside, this orangery is a delightful space that can be enjoyed throughout the year.

Cinema: experience the ultimate in home entertainment with a lavish home theatre boasting sixteen plush cinema seats, an immersive 9.1 surround sound speaker system, and an impressive collection of high-quality Blu-rays. First Floor

Master bedroom suite: spacious and luxurious, the double or twin bedroom features an extravagant super king bed. This grand 100-foot long room boasts two elegant dressing rooms and an en-suite bathroom. One of the dressing rooms can serve as an additional bedroom with a comfortable double bed sofa or a cozy nursery. The en-suite is lavishly appointed with a generous Jacuzzi whirlpool bath, a refreshing walk-in double power shower, and twin sinks for added convenience.

Kids room: formerly an enchanting apple store, this delightful room caters perfectly to the young ones. Accommodating up to six occupants, it boasts convenient accessibility via a captivating spiral staircase nestled within the elegant formal living room.

Three elegant bedrooms, two boasting exquisite Victorian fireplaces. These versatile rooms can be effortlessly transformed into either a luxurious super-king or two charming singles.
