Living room: a luxurious living room stretching from back to front of house; the French doors open directly onto a covered terrace area bordering onto a private lawn garden area with lovely views of the estate gardens. The dining table can seat up to 4 guests

Kitchen: a modern, well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, washer/dryer and numerous kitchen appliances, the breakfast table seats 2 guests

Downstairs cloakroom: with W.C.

New Forest Cottage has two private garden areas: a south facing covered terrace, looking onto a private lawned area with beautiful views over the estate garden. Also, there is a front garden terrace which is perfect for al fresco dining and catching the evening sun.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: double/twin bedroom with a king size/zip n link bed with views overlooking the estate gardens, the en-suite has a bath with overhead shower

Bedroom 2: double/twin bedroom with a super king/zip n link bed with views overlooking the cobbled courtyard and countryside, the en-suite has a shower
